I'm pretty sure most gamers are eagerly awaiting Super Smash Bros Brawl, just as I am, but I have one tiny problem with it. Mewtwo apparently isn't returning as a playable character! I blame all the lamers who said he was "bottom tier." I think it should be mentioned that the only people I've met who say this turn the items off, only play on final destination, and damage their controllers with their constant "wave dashing." In other words, people who do NOT keep in the spirit of all that is Smash bros. The truth of the matter is that Mewtwo is a FUN character to play as, and could be pretty powerful if played correctly. In Brawl the humanoid pokemon of choice appears to be Lucario, one of the NEW pokemon. I'm not going to lie, I basically HATE the new pokemon, they're poorly drawn and unimaginative compared to the first 250. Granted, Lucario does look pretty cool, a rare exception, and I'm told he is a fighting type, so I guess its ok to put him in Brawl. However, he is NOT, and never will be, a replacement for Mewtwo, one of the coolest looking and most powerful pokemon there is. I'm really going to miss his evil laughter and telekinetic throws.

edit: Ok, I have clearly been misinterpreted here. I do NOT hate Lucario, in fact I think he's pretty cool as a character. The purpose of this comic was NOT to bash Lucario, it was to lament on Mewtwo being removed from the roster. SO STOP POSTING COMMENTS ABOUT HOW GREAT LUCARIO IS! I DON'T NEED THOSE!

final edit: I just looked at a complete list of all the newer pokemon, I misjudged. Most of the pokemon in Ruby and Saphire were poorly designed like I said above, but the ones in Diamond and Pearl aren't that bad, most of them are at least as good as the original pokemon and the ones from Gold, Silver, and Crystal. Lucario is from Diamond and Pearl so what I said about his game was ignorant hate speech. But I stand by my scathing review of Ruby and Saphire.
