And now we get the giant robot, the D-Megarobo! (Thanks for the name Foxin) Not a very spectacular robot, but you can't deny the awesomeness of THAT many lens flares! My favorite part of most power ranger episodes was when they'd call out the Megazord, and how it would assemble itself from 5 smaller robots. But I always had a few pet peeves with those things. 1- They almost never fight with the 5 robots, I think in a couple of episodes they get off a quick shot before assembling, thats it, why bother? 2- in some giant robots, like Voltron, each smaller 'bot makes a limb, and the pilots remain in their respective limbs! Wouldn't that mean each time Voltron throws a punch the pilot would get terrible whiplash? and every kick would subject the leg pilots to terrible G forces being swung in an arc at high speed. And 3- why are 5 people necessary to pilot these things? Gundams are just as complex, and they need only 1 pilot, and if anyone remembers the episode of Dexter's Lab "Last but not Beast" multiple pilots for one machine can be confusing. I guess one ranger make it walk, another ranger works the arms, a third operates weapons, the fourth monitors sensors (internal and external) and the last one...delegates orders? All that can be managed by one pilot can't it? They would all be stepping on each other's toes.
Its a natural trait of Sentai robots to be boxy and clumsy looking, but this thing can do cool stuff, keep reading. ^_^
PS in the last panel, you can figure out who is talking by matching the font color to the costume, but thats pretty obvious.
The mororcycle is awesome....also...that doesn't explain the repair cost for fixing all the buildings...unless every building destroyed was up for demolition.
I'd like to show you some awesome nature related work from more or less unknown artists which deserve more attention - this is a must see, you won't regret it!!!
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
I'm a lover of visual impacts. I like brilliant colors and shapes. And I decided to collect a whole stack of deviations that reflect that taste. These pieces showcased below deserve every bit of publicity you can give them. x)P
